What I do…
Dan Titmuss is a British screenwriter and actor with a decade of experience in film, theatre, and comedy. Dan came to the USA from the United Kingdom in 2015. He currently lives in Los Angeles, and is always happy to chat about writing for TV, sketch comedy, and movies - if you want to read his pilots, feel free to reach out.
Recently, the short film Cook With The Heart (written by Dan and produced by Evening Squire Productions in 2021) has screened at film festivals across the USA, winning numerous awards including Best Story, Best Short Comedy, and Best Actor.
He is the creator of the one-man epic fantasy, Sir Reginald and The Quest for The Slice Of Life, which ran throughout 2016/17 at The PIT and Reckless Theatre in NYC, and the one-man spy thriller Doomsday. He is also the co-creator of Life’s Yearning, a sci-fi horror comedy that premiered in March 2019.
Dan has been in a number of short films, feature films, commercials, and video sketches, and feels at home when performing on both screen and stage. He has performed in multiple runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and has been a member of house improv and sketch teams in London, Bristol, and NYC. He has trained with UCB, The PIT, The Magnet, PGraph, Reckless Theatre, and more.
